DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF GOODS AND/OR SERVICES

Sonny Mo Arts is a business in the online retail industry that creates and sells home decor.

 

DELIVERY + SHIPPING POLICY

All orders will only be confirmed and processed once payment has been received.

 

NB: Please see each product for their respective lead times.  Should you order more than one item but with different lead time, kindly note that everything will be shipped together once the whole order is ready (unless separate orders are placed).

 

As soon as your parcel is on its way, a confirmation e-mail will be sent with tracking details.

Local Shipping (South Africa)

Local orders within South Africa will be shipped with The Courier Guy straight to your door and is FREE with all orders above R1000!  A flat rate shipping fee of R135 will apply to all orders less than R1000.  Delivery will take about 1-2 business days, but if you reside in a more isolated area (small town or a farm) please allow one or two additional days.

 

Please provide an address where you or someone you trust will be able to receive your parcel between 8AM and 5PM.  If you only want the parcel to be delivered to you directly or to someone you trust, please specify during checkout.

 

International Shipping

Shipping costs for international orders varies between R300-R1100, depending on the destination country.  All orders will be sent door-to-door via courier and will be traceable.  Tracking details will be sent as soon as your order is on the way.  Any import fees/taxes which may apply will be payable by the customer.

Please allow 7-10 business days for orders to be delivered.  Sonny Mo cannot be held liable for delays outside our control but we will do everything we can to ensure your order gets delivered to you in a timely manner.  Please keep in mind that delivery times may be influence by the destinations country's customs process.

 

Please provide an address where you or someone you trust will be able to receive your parcel.

 

RETURNS + REFUNDS POLICY

The provision of goods and services by Sonny Mo Arts may be subject to supplier availability. In rare cases of unavailability, Sonny Mo Arts will refund the client in full within 30 days, unless the customer agrees to wait until stock is available.

 

No refunds or returns are allowed on custom orders. All orders are made to order; therefore, all orders are considered as custom orders. 

 

Please note, no refunds will be issued for damaged goods but will happily be replaced. Items that was damaged due to customer negligence or abuse will not be replaced or refunded.

 

If your order arrived damaged in any way, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it so that I can investigate and determine the next step. Please provide clear photos of the damaged packaging and item, and any other relevant information. In certain cases, the client will be required to return the damaged item to Sonny Mo Arts.

 

A replacement will only be actioned once the damaged item has been returned to Sonny Mo Arts for inspection. If it is determined that the damage was caused by customer negligence, no replacement will be issued and any courier fees incurred will be for the customer’s account.
 


Please note that items sent back to Sonny Mo Arts will only be accepted via courier delivered directly to Sonny Mo Arts (Sonje Mouton). No parcels will be accepted via the Post Office or PostNet.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS / ORDER CHANGES

Please note: If your order has not been dispatched yet, it does not necessarily mean your order is not in production yet.

 

Please make sure you select the correct size / colour / print before checkout.

 

All orders are made to order and we do not keep stock on hand. Therefore, cancellations or changes to your order will only be possible within 2 days (48 hours) of placing your order. Please note that a cancellation fee may apply, in particular to international transactions.

 

Where it is possible to change an order, only order upgrades will be allowed, not order downgrades.

 

Any changes to your order might cause a dispatch delay. This will be communicated to you beforehand.

 

CUSTOMER PRIVACY POLICY

Sonny Mo Arts shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, "personal information" shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from: http://www.polity.org.za/attachment.php?aa_id=3569.

All information collected during the checkout process is to allow me to accurately process and deliver the order, and provide progress updates.  Customer information will not be sold or made available to third persons.

PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED

Payment can be made via:

1) Card Payments (Debit/Credit Card)

Credit / Debit card payments are processed by Peach Payments on behalf of Sonny Mo Arts.​

2) Zapper

To make a payment using Zapper, select "Manuel Payment" as your payment option.  Complete checkout, and on the "thank you" page a Zapper QR code will be displayed.

 

Use the Zapper app on your smartphone to quickly and easily make your payment by scanning the displayed QR code, and entering the amount due when prompted.

3) EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer / Wire Transfer) or Direct Deposit

To make a payment using this method, select "Manuel Payment" during checkout.  You will be given instructions on how to make a payment directly into my bank account.

 

Kindly note that any additional bank charges will be for the clients account, usually applicable with international payments or direct deposit at the bank.

 

CUSTOMER DETAILS SEPARATE FROM CARD DETAILS

Customer details will be stored by Sonny Mo Arts separately from card details which are entered by the client on Peach Payments secure site.  For more detail on Peach Payments refer to www.peachpayments.com

 

MERCHANT OUTLET AND TRANSACTION CURRENCY

The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).

 

RESPONSIBILITY

Sonny Mo Arts takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.

 

COUNTRY OF DOMICILE

This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Sonny Mo Arts chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.

 

VARIATION

Sonny Mo Arts may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

  • All items will come with care instructions.

  • Prints will be printed in high resolution and the images seen on the Sonny Mo Arts website have been resized for display purposes.

  • Size illustration is not to scale. Please measure the area you wish to display the prints to ensure you order the correct size.

  • Sonny Mo is not responsible for monitor colour variations.
